PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Aug. 29:
* Christopher M. Ayers, 714 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no proof of insurance, having expired MVI and having expired registration and released on $450 bond.
* Larry Ray Kidd, 106 Lovell Ave., Princeton, W.Va., pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $191.48. He was ordered to pay a $109.98 civil penalty to the Shoe Dept. Store in Vienna.
* Neil Denver Sprout, 33 South Third St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fishing without a license, hunting, trapping or fishing on lands of another and obstructing DNR and fined $589.44. A charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license was dismissed, per a plea agreement. Charges of improper registration and fraudulent MVI were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Angelo Nelson Stadtler, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail.
* Vanessa Lynn Allen, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order, fined $426.48 and sentenced to nine days in jail which was ruled as time served. A charge of domestic battery was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Jerod Scott Williams, 260 South Lorraine Dr., Mary Esther, Fla., pleaded guilty to unlawful taking of a vehicle, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.
* Harold Allan Stump, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and fined $226.48.
* Jennifer Rae Gannon, 508 Reed St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and fined $196.48. A charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed, per plea agreement.
* Brandon Roy Stover, 27830 St. Rt. 7, Marietta, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jessica Dawn Woodward, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, battery of a police officer and failure to process and released on $1,500 bond.
* Tammara Kay Briggs, 1900 15th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of an animal following conviction for animal cruelty and released on $1,000 bond.
* Ray Shawn Duell, 145111 Lincoln Si Se, Minerva, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding (10 mph or less in excess on highway) and fined $181.48.
* Davian D Ivra, 43626 Olander St., Lancaster, Ca., pleaded guilty to having expired registration, having improper registration and fined $422.96.
* Dylan Lee Semones, 531 Duerr Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding (85 mph in a 65 mph zone) and fined $191.48.
* Daniel Ryan Facemyre, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from law enforcement, fined $176.48 and sentenced to six days in jail which was ruled as time served. He also pleaded guilty to petit larceny, fined $176.48 and sentenced to nine months in jail with a credit of 6 days for time served.
* Desirae Lynn Conkle, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic violence bond violation and fleeing, fined $352.96 and sentenced to five days in jail which was ruled as time served.
* Justin Gregory Williams, 407 Locust Court, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing for unauthorized use of an access device with intent to defraud (six counts) and a charge of escape. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Blake Anthony Myers, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.
* Linda Grey Andrew, 1201 Mary St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of interference/providing false information, driving on a revoked license for DUI, driving on a suspended license, having defective equipment and having expired registration and held on $2,500 bond.
* Hunter Emerson Shank, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.
* Steven Eugene Boyd, 3621 Stella St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of failure to maintain control, driving on a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident with damage and released on $500 bond.
