PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on June 18-19:

• Christopher Stephen Madia, 2677 Blueberry Ridge Dr., Gibsonia, Pa., pleaded guilty to speeding (79 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $226.48. He had a charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions dismissed, per a plea agreement.

• Jessie Raylor Warren, 2108 19th Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed without prejudice.

• Evan L. Lipscomb, 601 13th St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, had a charge of fishing without a license dismissed after obtaining a valid license.

• Brian Allen Bonnett, 49879 Manuel Road, Racine, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. He had a charge of having no insurance dismissed.

• Larry Manuel Defrictas, 2137 16th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference, third-offense driving on a suspended license and manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

• Keryn Ann Miller, 1177 County Road 9, Marietta, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense shoplifting. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

• Tiffany Renee Perry, 2508 Broadway Extension, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of improper registration, driving on a suspended license and second-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $1,000 bond.

• Shannon Marie Reynolds, 1212 George St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device and released on $1,000 bond.

• Delaney Kier Shannon, 2332 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery of a government representative, disorderly conduct, failure to process and obstruction and held on $1,500 bond.

• Crystal Ann Ferguson, PO Box 61, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $1,000 bond.

• Shana Joy Yopp, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,000 bond.

• Justin Michael Johnson, 729 Cable Road, Weirton, was arraigned on charges of failure to process, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and obstruction and held on $1,000 bond.

• Kimberly Sue Adams, 222 Tonya Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving while impaired causing injury and having no insurance and released on $3,500 bond.

• Joshua Ray Barton, 3 Worthington Lane Apt. 12, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance, improper registration and driving on a revoked license for DUI and released on $3,500 bond.

• Jerrianne Krystal Myers, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,000 bond.

• Brandon Albert Bennett, 204 Tanner Lane, Walker, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and released on $1,000 bond.

• Hailey Savanah Selmon, 1001 12th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and held on $1,000 bond.

• Patrick Alan Duggan, 1402½ 16th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of animal cruelty and released on $10,000 bond.

• Joshua Daniel Osborne, 1103 18th St. Apt. D3, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and held on $15,000 bond.

• Amy Victoria Dennis, 200 Ash St., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on $1,500 bond.

• Tammara Kay Briggs, 1900 15th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.

• Steven Eugene McElfresh, 16 Main St., Cario, was arraigned on charges of improper registration, driving on a suspended license and speeding and released on $500 bond.

• Kevin Lee Wilson, 67 Friartuck Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of improper registration and third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.

• Joseph Tyler Kennedy, 1720 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $500 bond.

• Mark N. Adams, 300 Ridgewood Dr. Apt. E, Marietta, pleaded no contest to speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone) and fined $181.48.
