Eco-Oasis: Khao Lak Welcomes the JW Garden
Not too long ago the JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa introduced its innovative ‘JW Garden’, a 27-acre sanctuary dedicated to sustainability and conservation. This innovative venture is home to over 200 varieties of indigenous plants, fruits, and herbs, and aids with integrating ethical sourcing into the resort’s culinary offerings. Guests can explore the garden through guided tours, interacting with chickens, ducks, and other animals, all while learning about organic farming.
What’s more, children can also benefit from educational sessions at the onsite Environment School, which aims to highlight the importance of sustainable practices. Beyond tours, visitors can enjoy a range of other activities, including birdwatching, kayaking, herb harvesting, fitness sessions on the brand-new running track, and taking in nature at the Yoga Shala and Lagoon Escape.
Tranquil Retreat: Kamalaya Koh Samui Introduces Day Passes
Kamalaya Koh Samui now offers day passes that provide access to its premier facilities. Celebrated for its idyllic location, visitors can enjoy services from over 50 certified professionals well-versed in diverse fields encompassing naturopathy, Ayurveda, and yoga. Minor Hotels is set to launch Layan Life by Anantara at the Anantara Layan Phuket Resort. A premier medical wellness facility, Layan Life will span over 1,767 square metres, and will combine cutting-edge medical technologies with traditional Rajasamnak healing practices.

In addition, the dedicated ‘Active Zone’ features tennis courts, a Muay Thai ring, a climbing wall, and an outdoor fitness area with water sports.
Mixology Masterclass: The Distillery Phuket’s New Interactive Workshops
The Distillery Phuket in Chalong now offers interactive workshops where guests can learn to mix, stir, and shake cocktails while discovering the unique stories behind several local spirits, including Lanna vodka, Chalong Bay rum, and Saneha gin. In addition to the workshop, participants can also enjoy a tasting session featuring nine spirits, while younger guests can take part in a fun-filled mocktail workshop.
Elite Expansion: Central Phuket’s Luxury Zone
In the coming months, Central Phuket will be expanding its ‘Luxury Zone’ from 2,000 to 8,000 square metres. This expansion will not only enlarge existing brand spaces but will also add new names, boosting the total from 14 to 30 brands to include the likes of Balenciaga, Dior, and Prada (the latter of which is set to open this month). The luxury area will also be relocated to the second floor to accommodate exciting super-luxury stores in the pipeline.
