In 2025, the brand has announced that it will introduce a series of new wellness programmes, ranging from cutting-edge therapies in the heart of Manhattan and longevity treatments in Utah’s desert (featured image), to onsen experiences amidst the gardens of Kyoto and crystal healing in Sri Lanka that draw from local traditions.

Other health-focused offerings include sound baths for spiritual alignment in Bhutan, and hot-and-cold therapies on the outskirts of Shanghai. Moreover, alongside these new initiatives Aman will continue its much sought after collaborations with legendary athletes Maria Sharapova and Novak Djokovic, who serve as advisors to the brand’s wellness initiatives.

Science of Sleep: Sleepwave’s Revolutionary ‘For Me Buds’

Sleep is emerging as big trend in luxury travel, with innovative solutions like ‘For Me Buds’ leading the way. Created by Sleepwave, a team of former LG engineers, these noise cancelling earbuds are designed for travellers and light sleepers. Beyond being able to deliver personalised sound through patented technology, which syncs one’s brainwaves with beneficial binaural beats, the buds are equipped with a PPG sensor and motion sensor that tracks heart rate, health metrics, and sleep stages. In addition, the companion app uses AI to offer feedback you can use to improve sleep patterns.

Bold New Look: Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort’s Refurbishment

Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort has just unveiled newly refurbished rooms and facilities following a four-week renovation led by Abacus Design. Drawing inspiration from Bill Bensley’s design portfolio, the redesigned rooms feature modern flooring, vaulted ceilings, and spacious, light-filled interiors that boast an earthy colour palette, emphasising the resort’s connection to the surrounding coconut plantation. The next step of the transformation will also introduce a new Kids and Teens Club as well as a state-of-the-art Technogym fitness facility.

Self-Care at Sea: Sea Rover’s Wellness-First Superyacht

Dutch Design has revealed details about Sea Rover, which is billed as the world’s first wellness-first superyacht. Upon completion, the vessel will feature five cabins, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and California-inspired minimalist interior. Amenities will span a spa, gym, dual-temperature plunge pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, infrared therapy wall, and a massage area. The dedicated sports court, meanwhile, can also be adapted for activities like pickleball, basketball, paddle tennis, volleyball, or outdoor workouts.
