On the day, members of both organisations participated in various physical, emotional and financial exercises.
According to the organisers, self-care is crucial to all individuals.
The event focused on providing access to information for community members struggling due to a lack of information.

It started with a fitness session. The team ensured the participants exercised to keep fit for their mental and physical well-being.
There was also a mini-podcast, where the panel and attendees briefly spoke about navigating difficult situations.
Several banks attended, aiming to teach participants the importance of financial security.
The event aimed to give young adults a chance to showcase their talents to ensure they do not feel neglected or rejected by the community.
Mashlin Manaka from the Gathering of The Saints said she wants the relationship with the Miss Tembisa Foundation to bring great results.
“The foundation has already established itself as being resourceful to the young women of Thembisa because they go above and beyond each year.
“With what we have started, we wish to see growth among those we cater for through the services we render.
“We are happy that we were able to unite models and communities in favour of wanting to have a great day while helping each other find solutions to navigating life.”
