Spotnana has developed a direct New Distribution Capability connection with Air France-KLM, providing access across the carriers’ full offering, the company announced.
The integration includes access to Air France-KLM continuous pricing and fares exclusive to NDC channels, seat selection reflecting a traveller’s Flying Blue loyalty status and the ability to hold a ticket for up to 24 hours, Spotnana said.
Users also will avoid Air France-KLM’s upcoming global distribution system surcharge on EDIFACT-based bookings.
The integration currently enables agents to provide servicing on NDC fares. Self-service exchanges and cancellations made after a flight is ticketed will be available in the second half of this year, according to Spotnana.
