THE Bahrain Noor El Ain, a two-month long shopping festival, is set to attract thousands of bargain hunters aiming to take advantage of special offers and valuable prizes on offer from retailers taking part.
The nationwide event will be staged from December 15 to February 16. Bahrain Noor El Ain literally means ‘Bahrain – the light of our eyes’ – a term of affection which is often used by Bahrainis to describe how brightly their deep pride and feelings of patriotism shine.
The Bahrain Noor El Ain festival will be a national celebration of these feelings, and a fitting platform for all Bahrainis and expats to express their love for the country and to take pride in its achievements.
It will feature an array of events designed to showcase the very best of what Bahrain has to offer to its people, the region and the world. Shops and malls will be offering customers discounts and special offers designed to bring real economic benefit to visitors, amazing weekly prizes and a chance to participate in a ‘mega’ raffle.
Festival director Abdulla Al Mannai said: “We are pleased to say that we have the support of such iconic shopping destinations as MODA Mall, Al A’ali Mall, Riyadat Mall, Yateem Centre, Bahrain Mall, Ramli Mall, Lulu hypermarket locations, The Centre, Jawad Dome, Sultan Mall, Reef Mall and we are in negotiations with many more.”
Independent retailers, of all sizes, are being encouraged to participate too by registering at the Bahrain Noor El Ain kiosks at the Beit Al Tijjar lobby in Sanabis, between 8am and 4pm, and designated kiosks at the Northern and Muharraq Municipality Offices.”
