WINNING TRIO: LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton has lined up a trio of star presenters for its LVMH Prize ceremony in Paris on Tuesday.
Dior ambassadors Natalie Portman and Robert Pattinson will be joined by Ana de Armas, one of the faces of Louis Vuitton, at the event due to be held at the Fondation Louis Vuitton.
Portman will present the grand prize, which comes with a cash endowment of 400,000 euros and mentorship by the French luxury conglomerate’s teams. She will also sit on the jury alongside the group’s star designers, marking the first time an LVMH brand ambassador has been involved in judging the award.
Pattinson will hand out the runner-up Karl Lagerfeld Prize, which is worth 200,000 euros and also includes one year of advice on topics including sustainable development, communication, copyright and corporate legal aspects, marketing, manufacturing and the financial management of a brand.
De Armas, who appears in Vuitton’s high jewelry campaigns, will present the inaugural Savoir-Faire Prize, which likewise comes with a grant of 200,000 euros and a one-year mentorship.
