It’s officially October, so you know what that means. It’s time for horror! There will be lots more scary stories, horror sagas and killing sprees in films and series this month. Here’s what you can expect in the first week of the Halloween month. Ariana DeBose stars the restaurant horror film House of Spoils on Amazon Prime Video, while American Horror Story star Sarah Paulson leads the psychological thriller Disney+ Hotstar’s Hold Your Breath, set in 1930s Oklahoma. There’s a horror of another kind with Vikramaditya Motwane’s Netflix Hindi thriller CTRL, starring Ananya Panday, where she tries to erase her ex-partner from her life. Finally, another Netflix film It’s What Inside features a group of college friends at a pre-wedding reunion that turns into a nightmare after a surprise guest arrives with a mysterious suitcase.
