The massive $1 million guaranteed XL Winter Series Mystery Bounty Main Event has an $888 buy-in, but if you are able to log into your 888poker account this morning, you have a chance of playing in this tournament for free.
The Mystery Bounty Main Event needs almost 1,200 entries to hit the seven-figure guarantee, but the current attendance stands at 1,006. With that in mind, 888poker is showing its generosity by running two special XL Winter Series Mystery Bounty Main Event freerolls that have 25x $888 seats across their prize pools.
Fire up your 888poker account, head to the tournaments tab, and select both the XL Winter and Freerolls checkboxes. You’ll discover a freeroll at 10:00 a.m. GMT with 15x $888 Main Event seats guaranteed and another at 11:30 a.m. GMT that has another 10x $888 seats guaranteed.
Three More Day 1s Added
If you manage to win one of the 25 seats from the freerolls, there is a trio of Day 1s to choose from. They shuffle up and deal at 12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m. GMT.
Day 2 commences at 9:00 p.m. GMT and continues until only eight players remain. Those eight finalists return to their seats at 7:00 p.m. GMT on January 28 to play to a winner under the watchful eyes of the excellent 888poker Twitch stream.
