In light of rising customer confusion, easyJet has come forth to elucidate their decision to cease operations on flights heading to the bustling Spanish capital, Madrid, sparking a flurry of concerns as we approach the New Year period.
One perplexed traveller questioned the airline directly on social media: “Are you stopping the route Madrid-Luton after March 2025?”
In response, easyJet assured customers by saying: “Some routes are seasonal.
“We are constantly reviewing our routes and flight availability, so please continue to check our website.”
The budget airline – which competes with big names like Jet2, TUI, Ryanair, to name a few – provided a link for customers to subscribe to updates via a newsletter to stay in the know for new flight releases.
Furthermore, they sent out an enticing message inviting customers to think beyond the typical autumnal gloom, teasing what could be in store for 2025 with its Big Seat Release promotion, beckoning travellers with the allure of blue skies and novel adventures, reports Birmingham Live.
