BetOnline Starts Vegas Tournament Series Online June 30

Most of the attention in the poker world is on Las Vegas. There are many tournament series happening in poker rooms around town, from the World Series of Poker at the Horseshoe and Paris on the Las Vegas Strip to lower buy-in series at the Orleans and Golden Nugget, as well as series running at Aria, Venetian, MGM Grand, Wynn, and Resorts World. There is also the WSOP Online bracelet series running for players in Nevada, New Jersey, and Michigan as well.

For everyone else, they can only watch from afar as money changes hands at the center of the poker world.

BetOnline has something else for poker players. The 2024 Vegas Tournament Series will take place online from June 30 to July 7 for players in most parts of the United States.

2024 Vegas Tournament Series

This is pegged as the “ultimate online poker adventure” and called both the 2024 Vegas Tournament Series and the BetOnline Poker Vegas Series. No matter the proper name, it will run June 30 through July 7 at BetOnline’s online poker tables.

There are a total of 65 tournaments, including a Tournament of Champions on July 8. Buy-ins will range from $1.10 to $530, with the majority of them on the lower side. In total, guarantees exceed $800K.

The full series will offer No Limit Hold’em and Pot Limit Omaha, as well as some Stud and Razz in the mix. There are also mystery bounties, progressive knockouts, and multi-day events.

Poker Vegas Series Highlights

There are several special events to highlight in this series:

  • Sunday, June 30 at 1:30pm ET:  $215 buy-in NLHE ($250K GTD)
  • Sunday, June 30 at 7pm ET:  $109 buy-in NLHE PKO ($50K GTD)
  • Wednesday, July 3 at 7:30pm ET:  $55 buy-in NLHE Mystery Knockout ($25K GTD)
  • Thursday, July 4 at 7:30pm ET:  $55 buy-in NLHE Mystery Knockout ($25K GTD)
  • Friday, July 5 at 7:30pm ET:  $55 buy-in NLHE Mystery Knockout ($25K GTD)
  • Saturday, July 6 at 7:30pm ET:  $55 buy-in NLHE Mystery Knockout ($25K GTD)
  • Sunday, July 7 at 1:30pm ET:  $109 buy-in NLHE (250K GTD)
  • Sunday, July 7 at 4pm ET:  $55 buy-in NLHE PKO ($25K GTD)
  • Sunday, July 7 at 4:30pm ET:  $11 buy-in NLHE Ultra Stack ($10K GTD)
  • Sunday, July 7 at 5:30pm ET:  $530 buy-in NLHE PKO ($100K GTD)
  • Sunday, July 7 at 6:45pm ET:  $5.50 buy-in multi-day NLHE final ($20K GTD)
  • Sunday, July 7 at 7pm ET:  $109 buy-in NLHE PKO ($50K GTD)

Finally, there will be the Main Event with multiple starting flights throughout the week:

  • July 3-7 at 3pm each day:  $55 buy-in NLHE Main Event ($10K GTD) (4 flights)

For winners of all of the 64 previous tournaments, they will receive tickets to participate in a free Tournament of Championship at 8pm ET on Monday, July 8. There will be $4K in the prize pool. The format will be heads-up poker.
