Bernard Victor Ayettey, Partner Development Manager at Liquid Cloud Cybersecurity, has emphasised that the critical role of training in leveraging strategic technology investments to scale businesses cannot be underestimated.
According to him, the use of tools like ChatGPT, YouTube, and cloud computing is an essential driver of business growth.
Speaking on the topic “Scaling Your Business Through Strategic Technology Investment” at the 2025 Africa Prosperity Dialogue at the Accra International Conference Centre, Ayettey stressed that businesses must embrace productivity tools both internally and externally to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience.
“Businesses need to be deliberate in their use of technology to transform the way they operate and serve customers. Investing in the right digital tools and ensuring employees are well-trained in their application can significantly enhance productivity,” he stated.
He stressed the importance of data management, urging businesses to “mind the data” by adopting robust data governance strategies. He further mentioned the role of generators and agents in optimizing business processes, though he did not elaborate extensively on these points.
