Mo Isap, founder of the IN4 Group, a technology organisation dedicated to providing quality skills training, will play a significant role at the event later this month.
IN4 Group has made a considerable impact, generating more than £44million in social impact, with £25.3million delivered in 2024.
The business board will use its knowledge of the area to assist councils in achieving long-term economic growth in the county.
Lancashire Business View is organising the event, which will take place on January 30 at Impact Conferencing in Burnley from 9.30am to 4pm.
Lancashire County Council is the headline sponsor, and the event is supported by Burnley College, Innovate UK Business Growth, and PM+M.

Businesses attending the event will have the opportunity to learn from a mix of panel discussions, interviews, guest speaker masterclasses, and networking opportunities.
The first expert panel will consist of Amin Vepari, business finance and scale-up lead at Lancashire County Council, Helen Clayton from PM+M, and Andrew Kent from Innovate UK Edge, who will discuss finance and support.
The second panel will feature Melissa Conlon, commercial director, AMRC; Karen Buchanan, principal, Burnley College; Dan Knowles from Fraser House/Northern Reach, and Heath Groves, CEO, of Sundown Solutions, who will discuss the use of AI and technology in business.
Andrea Challis, joint chief executive of Partingtons, will be interviewed about her holiday park business and the importance of investing in the future.
Masterclasses will be delivered by John Woodruffe from Turnkey Corporate, Helen Tebay from Sales Lady, Mia Pritchard and Victor Lisowski from Matrix247, and Oli McCann and Richard Robinson from Napthens.
