Samsung’s Vision AI

Samsung at CES 2025 will unveil Vision AI. This new technology aims to turn ordinary screens into adaptive, AI-powered companions. Samsung Vision AI enhances user interaction by introducing personalised features such as “Click to Search,” which offers instant information about on-screen content, and “Live Translate,” which provides real-time subtitle translations. The system also includes “Generative Wallpaper,” allowing users to create dynamic, personalized visuals that fit their mood or the occasion.

The integration of Samsung Vision AI extends to smart home functionality. Through SmartThings, it offers features like “Home Insights,” which provide real-time household updates and safety alerts, and “Pet and Family Care,” which monitors the wellbeing of loved ones. These smart capabilities create a more connected, intuitive living environment. Additionally, the technology improves picture and sound quality, enhancing the viewing experience with real-time adjustments based on content and environmental factors.

The OLED TVs are designed with AI enhancements like AI Search, which offers contextual understanding for easier interaction, and Generative Image Gallery, which allows users to create custom backgrounds using voice commands. LG’s improved Brightness Booster Ultimate technology boosts brightness levels up to three times higher than conventional OLED models, making these TVs ideal for both dark and bright environments. This portable gadget caters to travellers and those seeking a reliable communication method in remote locations or during emergencies when conventional networks are down.

Google’s Eclipse Audio

Samsung Electronics will introduce Eclipse Audio at CES 2025, a 3D audio technology co-developed with Google. This system, based on Immersive Audio Model and Formats (IAMF) technology, optimises sound based on the device’s environment for an enhanced, immersive experience.
