Gary Wayne Wertz, 41, and Jason Richard Wertz, 45, both of 26 Washington Blvd., Williamsport, have both been charged with corrupting the morals of a minor, furnishing alcohol to a minor and possession of marijuana for giving beer and marijuana to a teenage juvenile in their home between November 2023 and last August, it was alleged in court documents filed at the office of District Judge Aaron Biichle. While Gary was held for court last week on all the charges following a preliminary hearing, Jason waived his preliminary hearing. Both men are free on $5,000 bail each.
