The transfer market in England closes today and it is possible that a Premier League club may still offer a solution for the Dane. In that case, purple and white are out of the running. If that doesn’t happen, the odds get a whole lot better again.Â
Ajax is then the next track for the midfielder. But the club from the Dutch capital is experiencing rather lean years and could only put some three million on the table. These are sums with which Anderlecht can compete.
In other words, we should keep an eye on the English transfer market today. If Eriksen is still around in Manchester tomorrow, we can expect another purple-and-white offensive.
