‘Viduthalai Part 2’ first look released

The first look of ‘Viduthalai Part 2,’ directed by Vetrimaaran, was unveiled on Wednesday. Two posters show Sethupathi in different styles. This film continues the story from the first installment, which was a hit both commercially and critically. The main cast, including Soori, Chetan, Bhavani Sre, and Gautham Vasudev Menon, will return for this sequel.

‘Berlin’ to premiere on Zee5

Berlin, a spy thriller with Aparshakti Khurana and Ishwak Singh, will release on ZEE5 on September 13. Directed by Atul Sabharwal, the film follows a deaf-mute man in 1990s New Delhi, accused of being a spy, with a sign language expert brought in to untangle the case.

Kohrra returns for season 2 with new cast member

Netflix’s hit crime drama ‘Kohrra‘ is returning for a second season in 2023. Set in Punjab, the show will continue to explore crime, human emotions, and relationships. The new season will feature actress Mona Singh known for her strong performances in shows like Kaala Paani.

Violent thriller “Kill” to stream on Disney+ Hotstar

Kill,’ India’s most intense action thriller, will stream on Disney+ Hotstar starting September 6, 2024. Directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, the film promises a chilling experience with fierce action and standout performances by newcomer Lakshya, alongside Raghav Juyal and Tanya Maniktala.

Teaser for ‘1000 Babies’ released

Disney+ Hotstar has released the teaser for ‘1000 Babies,’ a suspense thriller starring Neena Gupta and Rahman. The series, directed by Najeem Koya, delves into the horrors of mass infanticide at a suburban health facility. It will be available on Disney+ Hotstar soon.

New spy comedy ‘A Man on the Inside’ to debut in November

Mike Schur and Ted Danson are teaming up for Netflix’s new spy comedy ‘A Man on the Inside,’ set to premiere in November 2024. The show, originally titled ‘A Classic Spy,’ follows Danson’s character Charles, a retired man who becomes a mole in a secret investigation after responding to a PI’s ad. Netflix has shared first-look photos of Danson and other cast members, including Stephanie Beatriz (of Brooklyn Nine Nine).

Anupam Kher, preparing for his upcoming film ‘Tanvi: The Great,’ has announced his collaboration with Hollywood actor Iain Glen, known for his role in Game of Thrones. Iain Glen is excited about joining the film and shared his enthusiasm during his visit to India.

Netflix unveils first look at ‘Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story’

Netflix has revealed the first look of its new series from Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan, ‘Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story.’ The drama focuses on the shocking case from August 20, 1989, when Lyle Menendez called authorities to report the murder of his parents, José and Mary Louise “Kitty” Menendez, at their home. It was later discovered that Lyle and his brother Erik were the culprits behind the crime. All episodes will be available globally on September 19. 

Call Me Bae releases new song ‘Vekh Sohneyaa’

‘Vekh Sohneyaa,’ the first track from Ananya Panday’s series debut Call Me Bae, showcases the protagonist’s journey to self-discovery and love in Mumbai. The song, written and performed by Charan and Bombay the Artist, is produced by Dishant. Call Me Bae, directed by Collin D’Cunha and created by Ishita Moitra, will premiere on Prime Video on September 6.

Sony LIV to release new Telugu series ‘Bench Life’

Sony LIV’s new Telugu series, Bench Life, brings a funny twist to the stressful corporate world. Directed by Manasa Sharma, this comedy-drama explores finding new passions and purpose in unexpected places. It starts streaming on September 12.
